The Chesapeake Bay is undergoing change, whether it’s positive or negative depends on who is asked.
President Trump announced plans to cut the Chesapeake Bay Program funding by 90% in 2021. This would decrease the program’s budget from $85 million this year to $7.3 million within one year.
